Through the PDI Process, The Consortium analyzes a client’s project concept, brings in technical advisors to help the client effectively design the project, matches the best companies to supply goods and services, ensures that the project meets all funding guidelines, and then brings the strategically designed project directly to the proper funder for quick funding of the project. The Consortium significantly cuts the time to obtain funding, uses sole-source procurement to help quickly procure goods and services, and identifies the best cutting-edge technologies for a project.

The Consortium exclusively develops projects that have a significant social, economic or humanitarian impact on the community. We cannot develop projects that serve a purely private-sector purpose; every project must have a clear public benefit associated with it.
